The shop sells products to adults and businesses. Value added tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
The products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart using the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested during the order process will not be used for any purpose other than order fulfillment or resolving any ambiguities that may arise, unless expressly stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the current delivery terms.
Ordering from the USA
We have finally been able to reinstate shipping to the USA!
The shipping costs to the USA include the customs/tariff payment that we have to pay, you probably wont have to pay this when you receive the items. You may have to pay VAT depending on your state laws.
It is our understanding that the importing of magazines into the USA does not require any license/permit as long as the single shipment is under $100 in value. If the $100 is exceeded an approved ATF Form 6 importation permit is required (this is our understanding and not legal advice).

Customs and VAT
Masiinatek is a part of EU small enterprise special VAT regime (the SME scheme) and is therefore VAT exempt inside EU. For orders outside the EU (Britain, USA etc.) we will not collect VAT either.
If you are ordering from outside the EU you may have to pay VAT or other taxes and customs duties and fees in your own country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.

You can also complete payment with normal direct bank transfer if you prefer.
Unfortunately we cannot offer payment through services such as PayPal or Venmo as these companies completely prohibit any activity related to firearms as is common with the San Francisco based software companies.
Order and Payment Confirmation
When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When communicating with customer service, always have your order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Warranty
The products come with a five year warranty. The warranty does not cover, normal wear and tear that does not affect functionality, nor does it cover breakages due to negligent usage such as dropping the product.
